Fixes: Re-added guns back into these trr's...this is the way they once we're before TRR's..and made them ALL as MODS so everyone must have them...hopefully this will help out with lag issues with all TRR's and helps in the dedicated server crashes.

After doing some testing I have changed them back to server sided from a MOD and have Updated them to 3.1 after some changes have been made, these will not be released to the public till they are igs approved.
